Made in Brown Return & Refund Policy

At Made in Brown, we wish you to be fond of your new leather jacket. We recognize that occasionally things may not happen according to the plan, so we provide an easy process for returning and refunding most products.

What can be returned?

You are able to send back most jackets of regular size within a period of 30 days after you receive them, and in return get all your money back or choose another jacket instead. This covers:

  • Unworn and unwashed jackets with original tags attached.
  • Jackets that are free of any damages, alterations, or defects.

What can’t be returned?

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange:

  • Custom-made jackets: Because these jackets are tailored to individual preferences, we do not allow returns for money back. We provide a free adjustment service one time if you need to change the size (refer to the Custom Order part further down).
  • Bespoke Jackets: These jackets are carefully made to fit your precise measurements. Regrettably, custom-made jackets cannot be returned or exchanged.

How to return an item:

Please reach out to our customer service by email ([Insert Email Address]) or telephone ([Insert Phone Number]) to start the return procedure and get a number for authorizing the return (RMA) before you send back any product.

  • Put the jacket that has not been worn and is not damaged, with its first tags on it, into the original box if you can.
  • Send the item back: Please dispatch the parcel to the given address along with your RMA number. Be aware that you must cover the return shipping expenses.

Refunds:

After we get and check the item you sent back, normally taking about 7 business days, we will take around 10 business days to handle your refund. This refund goes back to the payment way you used when buying. You should know that the time it takes for a refund to show up can be different based on your bank or the company that gave you your credit card.

Damaged or Incorrect Items:

If the item you got is not right or it has damage, tell us immediately by calling (401)675 8910 or sending an email to info@madeinbrown.com. Do this in 2 days after you get it. We will solve the problem soon and we can give you another one or return your money fully.

Custom Orders:

As said earlier, jackets that are made upon request cannot be returned or exchanged. However, we realize that it can be difficult to get a perfect fit, even when the measurements are correct. So, we give you one free change for size fitting on the first jacket that is made just for you. You must pay to send the jacket back to us if it needs this adjustment.

Additional Information:

We have the right to reject returns that fail to match the standards described in our policy.
